We are one of Canada's largest energy marketing companies, selling proprietary and third-party natural gas, crude oil, natural gas liquids, ethanol, and power in certain regional markets. We have built a strong, strategic presence within various North American regional markets and extended our presence into certain global markets as well. We are also a specialized retail provider of customized electricity and natural gas solutions.

Canexus Income Fund
We have a 61.4% indirect interest in our chemicals business, which was restructured into an income trust, Canexus Income Fund, in August 2005. Canexus manufactures and markets sodium chlorate and chlor-alkali products (chlorine, caustic soda and muriatic acid).
