The objective of the Graduate Development Program is to provide an environment that accelerates learning, increases capabilities, platforms early contributions and continues to attract and retain graduates who deliver above average results. Graduates help Nexen satisfy long-term succession-planning requirements and reinforce the Company culture of continuous learning through meaningful assignments that draw upon and challenge graduate capabilities.

The Graduate Development Program consists of three distinct but inter-related components: developmental assignments, training, and mentoring. Together, these three areas will develop technically skilled, confident, motivated and innovative employees who will contribute to Nexen success.
