Assists our Board with:

• overseeing development and implementation of principles and systems to manage corporate governance;
• identifying qualified candidates and recommending nominees for Director and Board Committee appointments; and,
• evaluating the Board, its committees, Directors, and Board and Committee Chairs, ensuring we remain on the "leading edge" of best-in-class corporate governance practices.
