Cashflow from operations: cash generated from operating activities before changes in non-cash working capital and other. This is a non-GAAP measure.
F&D costs: the costs to find and develop a barrel of oil equivalent, expressed in dollars per boe. F&D is calculated as oil and gas exploration and development capital expenditures divided by total proved reserve additions, excluding acquisitions and dispositions. Reserve replacement costs are similar to F&D except they include acquisitions and dispositions.
Netbacks: the operating cash margin we receive for every barrel or equivalent barrel sold. Netbacks are calculated as average sales price less royalties and other, operating costs and in-country taxes in Yemen.
Net debt: long-term debt and short-term borrowings less cash and cash equivalents.
