Quinn Wilson is Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services, a role that is responsible for leading Nexen’s recruitment and retention strategies, employee engagement & performance management processes, talent development programming and ensuring the company builds a high performing culture that supports its aggressive growth plan.
Quinn joined Nexen in August 2010 following more than 18 years of experience in human resource positions in the energy, telecommunication/technology and contract manufacturing sectors. He has held executive positions with extensive global reach including his role at Flextronics, where he fulfilled the role of Vice President, Global Human Resources Business Partners. He also held senior management roles at Nortel and Amoco.
Quinn, his wife Naomi and their five children, reside in Calgary.
