Talent Frameworks: Nexen offers the Finance and Technical Talent Framework, which accelerate career growth by providing support around career opportunities and learning and development to drive high performance across our organization. While the Technical Talent Framework supports geoscientists and engineers, the Finance Talent Framework targets finance team members.
Leadership development programs: Nexen offers intensive, residential leadership development programs in partnership with the University of Oxford for managers at every level of the organization.
Financial assistance: Employees are also supported with generous tuition subsidies for courses related to their position as well as subsidies for professional accreditations.
